    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню шляхів підвищення ефективності використання трудових ресурсів підприємства, теоретико-методологічним питанням аналізу використання трудових ресурсів підприємства. У роботі визначена економічна сутність категорії «трудові ресурси» підприємства досліджено показники руху трудових ресурсів підприємства та їх динаміка, дана оцінка та проведено аналіз ефективності використання трудових ресурсів ПП «Акпі», надано характеристику системи організації праці ПП «Акпі», запропонована програма впровадження механізму стимулювання трудових ресурсів на підприємстві.
