    В роботі виявлено систему відносин організацій за умов нестабільності управлінської діяльності та виявлено системно-теоретичні аспекти у дослідженні системи відносин організації. Обґрунтовано та сформулювано понятійний апарат дослідження системи відносин організації. Визначено алгоритм формування місії організації, моделі цільової оптимізації системи відносин та процесного моделювання поетапної реалізації цілей. Запропоновано методику моделювання механізму оптимізації менеджменту організацій та здійснено практичну її реалізацію в ПП «Laskomex».. In the work, the system of relations of organizations under the conditions of instability of management activity was identified, and system-theoretical aspects in the study of the system of relations of the organization were identified. The conceptual apparatus of the study of the system of relations of the organization is substantiated and formulated. The algorithm for forming the organization's mission, the target optimization model of the relationship system, and the process modeling of the step-by-step implementation of goals have been defined. The method of modeling the mechanism of optimization of organization management was proposed and its practical implementation was carried out in PE "Laskomex".
