The work is intended to analyze the psychological parameters of resilience in military personnel in conditions of military action. Constant exposure to danger, high levels of traumatic stress, and rapid changes in events require military personnel to have high psychological resilience and adaptability. In such conditions, the effectiveness of military personnel is determined not only by physical training or tactical skills, but also by their ability to withstand stress factors and restore their own resource potential. Resilience also includes emotional regulation, cognitive flexibility, and social support, which allow military personnel to adapt to extraordinary circumstances. The adaptability of military personnel to new or extreme conditions plays a special role in ensuring mental resilience.
