    Присвячена з’ясуванню поняття корупції як соціально-правового явища, її особливостей, причин та видів та відповідальності за вчинення корупційних дій. В роботі визначено поняття «корупція», «корупційне діяння» та «корупційне правопорушення»; проаналізовано корупційні правопорушення, їх склад; визначено основні напрями та методи боротьби з корупцією; розкрито специфіку адміністративно-правових заходів боротьби з корупцією. Dedicated to clarifying the concept of corruption as a socio-legal phenomenon, its features, causes and types and responsibility for committing acts of corruption. The paper defines the concepts of "corruption", "corruption act" and "corruption offense"; corruption offenses, their composition are analyzed; identified the main directions and methods of combating corruption; the specifics of administrative and legal measures to combat corruption are revealed.
