    Робота присвячена забезпеченню охорони таких найважливіших людських цінностей, як воля, честь і гідність. У сучасній літературі не приділяється належної уваги аналізу чинного кримінального законодавства про відповідальність за посягання, спрямовані проти волі, честі й гідності, в аспекті введених змін, не розкриваються повною мірою їхні юридичні ознаки. Усе це свідчить про необхідність продовження детального дослідження. Становлення України як правової держави потребує подальшого втілення в життя ефективного механізму забезпечення недоторканних прав громадян. Зважаючи на вищенаведене, мета цієї роботи полягає в тому, щоб охарактеризувати сутність зазначених правопорушень, визначити проблемні питання і сформулювати пропозиції їх вирішення. The modern literature does not pay due attention to the analysis of the current criminal legislation on liability for encroachments against will, honor and dignity, in terms of the changes introduced, their legal features are not fully disclosed. All this indicates the need to continue detailed research. The formation of Ukraine as a legal state requires further implementation of an effective mechanism for ensuring the inviolable rights of citizens. In view of the above, the purpose of this work is to characterize the essence of these offenses, to identify problematic issues and to formulate proposals for their solution
