    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена науково-теоретичному обґрунтуванню сутності адміністративно-правового регулювання державної реєстрації юридичних осіб. В ході роботи було надано загальну характеристику теоретико-правовим засадам адміністративно-правового регулювання державної реєстрації юридичних осіб, досліджено механізм забезпечення адміністративно-правового регулювання державної реєстрації юридичних осіб, а також визначено проблемні питання в зазначеній сфері. The qualifying work is devoted scientific and theoretical substantiation of the essence administrative and legal regulation of the state registration of legal entities. In the course of work was provided general characteristics of theoretical and legal principles administrative and legal regulation of the state registration of legal entities, the support mechanism is investigated of administrative and legal regulation of the state registration of legal entities and identified problematic issues in this area.
