Виявлені особливості концентрації загального білка у сироватці крові, можуть бути використані, як діагностичний критерій для розробки нових та удосконалення існуючих тренувальних програм в фітнес-центрах для жінок другого періоду зрілого віку. / For the first time, the features of changes in the concentration of total protein in the blood serum of women in the second period of adulthood under the influence of various physical activities were revealed. The features of the concentration of total protein in the blood serum have been revealed; they can be used as a diagnostic criterion for the development of new and improvement of existing training programs in fitness centers for women of the second period of adulthood.
