    Робота присвячена теоретичному та емпіричному дослідженню психологічних параметрів критичного мислення, а саме визначення рівня критичності мисленнєвих процесів, ступеня вираженості спрямованості рефлексії, показників ригідності, копінг-поведінка в стресових ситуаціях, у контексті становлення та розвитку особистості. На основі отриманих результатів дослідження розроблено та описано тренінгову програму щодо розвитку критичного мислення особистості за допомогою низки вправ та занять. The work is devoted to the theoretical and empirical study of the psychological parameters of critical thinking, namely, the determination of the level of criticality of thought processes, the degree of expressiveness of the direction of reflection, indicators of rigidity, coping behavior in stressful situations, in the context of the formation and development of the individual. Based on the results of the research, a training program was developed and described for the development of critical thinking of the individual with the help of a number of exercises and classes.
