    Робота присвячена вивченню асертивності як фактор впливу на міжособистісне спілкування. Проведено теоретичний аналіз науково-психологічної та науково- медичної літератури з можливого впливу асертивності на міжособистісне спілкування. Проведено скринінгове тестове дослідження для аналізу впливу асертивності у роботі психолога. Проаналізовано та узагальнено результати емпіричних досліджень. Виявлено особливості впливу асертивності на міжособистісне спілкування. The work is devoted to the study of assertiveness as a factor of influence on interpersonal communication. A theoretical analysis of the scientific-psychological and scientific-medical literature on the possible influence of assertiveness on interpersonal communication was conducted. A screening test study was conducted to analyze the influence of assertiveness in the work of a psychologist. The results of empirical research were analyzed and summarized. The features of the influence of assertiveness on interpersonal communication were identified.
