    ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ПРАВ ЛЮДИНИ В УМОВАХ ВОЄННОГО СТАНУ В УКРАЇНІ

    Присвячена комплексному дослідженню українського законодавства у сфері забезпечення прав людини та аналізу правових особливостей, спричинених дією правового режиму воєнного стану. В роботі проаналізовано ґенезу правового підґрунтя захисту прав людини; описано правові інститути та механізми захисту прав людини в Україні; досліджено явище забезпечення прав людини як системи; вивчено національні та міжнародні правові механізми обмеження прав і свобод; ґрунтовно розкрито існуючі недоліки законодавства у досліджуваній галузі та запропоновано окремі шляхи їх виправлення. The article is devoted to a comprehensive study of Ukrainian legislation in the field of human rights protection and analysis of legal peculiarities caused by the martial law regime. The work analyses the genesis of the legal basis for human rights protection; describes legal institutions and mechanisms for human rights protection in Ukraine; examines the phenomenon of human rights protection as a system; studies national and international legal mechanisms for restricting rights and freedoms; thoroughly reveals the existing shortcomings of legislation in the field of research and suggests some ways to correct them.
