    Магістерська робота присвячена дослідженню організаційно-методичних особливостей формування техніки й ключових компетенцій оркестрового диригування майбутніх педагогів-музикантів. Процес формування техніки оркестрового диригування являє собою складний та довготривалий процес, який характеризується активним здобуттям знань, вмінь й навичок. У межах дослідження визначені особливості як теоретичних аспектів формування техніки оркестрового диригування так і методичні рекомендації до засвоєння тих чи інших компонентів а також охарактеризовані окремі технічні складові. Окрім зазначеного, мало місце дослідження історичного аспекту становлення мистецтва оркестрового диригування в середовищі світової музичної культури. The master's work is devoted to the study of organizational and methodological features of the formation of technique and key competencies of orchestral conducting of future music teachers. The process of forming the technique of orchestral conducting is a complex and long-term process characterized by the active acquisition of knowledge, skills and abilities. Within the framework of the study, the features of both theoretical aspects of the formation of orchestral conducting technique and methodological recommendations for the assimilation of certain components are determined, as well as individual technical components are characterized. Separately, the historical aspect of the formation of the art of orchestral conducting in the environment of world musical culture was studied.
