Визначено юридичну відповідальність представника в адміністративному судочинстві. The qualification work is devoted to the study of the relationship between the state and civil society. The concept of "representation in administrative proceedings" is defined. The legal status of the representative in administrative proceedings is described. The order of interaction of the representative with the participants of the administrative proceedings has been clarified. The legal responsibility of the representative in administrative proceedings is determined.
