ПОТЕНЦІАЛ АКМЕОЛОГІЧНОГО ПІДХОДУ У ФОРМУВАННІ ПРОФЕСІЙНОГО ІМІДЖУ МАЙБУТНІХ ВИХОВАТЕЛІВ ЗАКЛАДІВ ДОШКІЛЬНОЇ ОСВІТИ

Мета статті – теоретичне обґрунтування потенціалу акмеологічного підходу у формуванні професійного іміджу майбутніх вихователів закладів дошкільної освіти. Для реалізації окресленої мети та уточнення сутності наукових дефініцій дослідження використано теоретичні методи – системно -структурний аналіз та систематизація філософських, психологічних і педагогічних праць. Результати. Розглянуто найбільш актуальні трактування вітчизняними науковцями понять «імідж», «професій- ний імідж» та «професійний імідж вихователя закладу дошкільної освіти». Імідж педагога розглянуто крізь призму феномену педагогічної майстерності і розкрито структурні компоненти, які здійснюють вагомий вплив на його формування. Обґрунтовано сутність акмеологічного підходу. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що акмеологічний підхід передбачає: цілісне вивчення людини в освітньому середовищі як особистості, індивідуальності та суб’єкта життєдіяльності; створення педагогічних умов для мотивації успіху, актуалізації потреби у досягненнях, прагнення до високих результатів, до творчості; організацію творчої діяльності; оцінку якості освіти з позицій саморозвитку та самовдосконалення педагога і вихованця; професіоналізм як вищий рівень практичної реалізації сутнісних сил людини у власній професійній діяльності та ін. Висновки. Професійний імідж вихователя – це спеціально створений візуально-аудіальний образ, який дає змогу проявляти найкращі особистісно-ділові якості. Характеристиками професійного іміджу майбутніх фахівців дошкільної освіти визначаємо професійну компетентність , педагогічну майстерність, рефлексію, імпровізацію та спілкування. Вагомим потенціалом у формуванні професійного іміджу володіє акмеологічний підхід, адже умовами, за яких цей процес відбувається ефективно, є: наявність фахових знань, умінь, навичок та відповідних особистісно-ділових якостей, готовність до здійснення творчої професійної діяльності в умовах закладу дошкільної освіти, володіння технологією самопрезентації, спрямованість на постійний саморозвиток та самовдосконалення. The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate the potential of the acmeological approach in the formation of professional image of future educators at preschool educational institutions. To realize this goal and clarify the essence of scientific definitions of the research, we have used such theoretical methods as systematic and structural analysis and systematization of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical works. Results. The author of the article has considered the most relevant interpretations of the concepts of «image», «professional image» and «professional image of an educator of preschool educational institution» by national scientists. The image of a teacher has been considered through the prism of the phenomenon of pedagogical skill and the structural components that have a significant impact on its formation. The essence of the acmeological approach has been substantiated. It has been emphasized that the acmeological approach involves: a holistic study of a person in the educational environment – as a personality, individuality and subject of life; creation of pedagogical conditions for motivating success, actualization of the need for achievement, the desire for high results, creativity; organization of creative activity; assessment of the quality of education from the standpoint of self-development and self-improvement of the teacher and student; professionalism as the highest level of practical realization of the essential forces of a person in his or her own professional activity, etc. Conclusions. The professional image of an educator is a specially created visual and auditory image that allows you to show the best personal and business qualities. The characteristics of the professional image of future specialists at preschool educational institutions have been defined as professional competence, pedagogical skills, reflection, improvisation and communication. The acmeological approach has a significant potential in the formation of professional image, because the conditions under which this process is effective are: availability of professional knowledge, skills, abilities and relevant personal and business qualities, readiness to carry out creative professional activities in the conditions of preschool educational institutions, mastery of self-presentation technology, focus on continuous self-development and self-improvement.
