    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню та розвитку фізичних якостей туристів пішохідників до змагань. В роботі було визначено найефективніші вправи для розвитку фізичних якостей . Всі вправи були підтвердженні тестами. Qualification work is devoted to the study and development of the physical qualities of tourists pedestrians to the competition. The work identified the most effective exercises for the development of physical qualities. All exercises have been confirmed by tests.
