    У роботі розкривається сучасні теоретичні особливості розвитку зв’язного мовлення у дітей старшого дошкільного віку із затримкою психічного розвитку. Визначені психолого-педагогічні аспекти застосування дидактичних ігор у дошкільнят із затримкою психічного розвитку, досліджено вплив дидактичних ігор на процес розвитку мовлення у дошкільників із затримкою психічного розвитку.The work reveals modern theoretical features of the development of coherent speech in older preschool children with mental retardation. The psychological and pedagogical aspects of the use of didactic games in preschoolers with mental retardation were determined, the impact of didactic games on the process of speech development in preschoolers with mental retardation was investigated.
