    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретичних основ розробки концепції та бізнес проекту власної кав’ярні. У роботі визначені елементи бізнес плану кав’ярні, методи розробки бізнес проекту, основні чинники успішної роботи суб’єктів господарювання, існуючі методичні підходи до створення підприємства громадського харчування. У ході дослідження виявлено, що неодмінною умовою для створення успішного бізнес проекту є: аналіз змісту та методів розробки бізнес плану, дослідження ринку та конкурентів та розуміння продукту, якій створює підприємство громадського харчування. Qualification work is devoted to the study of the theoretical foundations of concept development and business project of your own coffee shop. The elements of the business plan of the coffee house, methods of business project development, the main factors of successful work of business entities, existing methodological approaches to the creation of a catering company are identified. The study found that a prerequisite for creating a successful business project is: analysis of the content and methods of business plan development, market research and competitors and understanding of the product created by the catering company.
