    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню спеціальної фізичної підготовки в таеквон-до. Експериментально встановлено, що швидкісно-силова підготовленості юних таеквондистів експериментальної групи, були вищими від показників спортсменів з контрольної групи. Отже, методика тренувань швидкісно-силових якостей є дуже ефективною, і її слід впроваджувати і застосовувати у спеціальній фізичній підготовці юних таеквондистів. Qualification work is devoted to the study of special physical training in taekwondo. It was experimentally established that the speed and strength training of young taekwondo athletes of the experimental group were higher than the athletes from the control group. Therefore, the method of training speed and strength qualities is very effective, and it should be implemented and applied in the special physical training of young taekwondo fighters.
