Автор досліджує сутність, завдання, принципи та методи аналізу поточної системи оперативного контролю витрат. / In the qualification work "Optimization of the operational cost control system of the enterprise" horizontal (index-chronological) and vertical (structural-chronological) analysis of the current cost control system of the enterprise is investigated. The author examines the essence, tasks, principles and methods of analysis of the current system of operational cost control.
