    У статті представлена методика розвитку фізичних якостей юних каратистів. Доведено, що змістом загальної та спеціальної фізичної підготовки юних спортсменів є виховання провідних фізичних якостей, необхідних в спортивній діяльності. Навчання індивідуальним тактичним діям юних каратистів відбувається у залежності від стилю мислення та психологічного стилю ведення двобою. The article presents a methodology for the development of the physical qualities of young karatekas. It is proved that the content of the general and special physical training of young athletes is the education of the leading physical qualities necessary in sports activities. Training in the individual tactical actions of young karatekas depends on the style of thinking and the psychological style of conducting the duel.
