Вивчаються механізми, через які узгодженість або розбіжності в уявленнях формують якість стосунків, з акцентом на гендерні стереотипи та сучасні зміни в ролях. Розглядається, як ефективний розподіл обов'язків може покращити подружнє задоволення та зменшити рівень конфліктів. The article analyzes how congruence in the division of household duties affects marital satisfaction. It examines the mechanisms through which alignment or discrepancies in perceptions shape the quality of relationships, with a focus on gender stereotypes and modern role changes. The study explores how an effective distribution of responsibilities can enhance marital satisfaction and reduce conflict levels.

    КОНГРУЕНТНІСТЬ УЯВЛЕНЬ ПРО СІМЕЙНІ РОЛІ У МОЛОДОГО ПОДРУЖЖЯ ЯК ЧИННИК СТАБІЛЬНОСТІ ШЛЮБУ

    Робота присвячена визначенню конгруентності уявлень про сімейні ролі як ключового чинника стабільності шлюбних відносин серед молодих подружжів. У контексті соціально-економічних трансформацій сучасного українського суспільства описано зміни у шлюбно-сімейних структурах, що підвищують актуальність проблеми стабільності стосунків. Виявлено взаємозв'язок між узгодженістю уявлень про сімейні ролі та стабільністю шлюбних відносин на ранніх етапах спільного життя. Проведено емпіричне дослідження, у результаті якого розроблено методичні рекомендації для підвищення конгруентності уявлень, що можуть сприяти стабільності шлюбу. Продемонстровано важливість конгруентності у формуванні гармонійних сімейних відносин, що має практичне значення для психологів і сімейних консультантів. The work is devoted to determining the congruence of perceptions of family roles as a key factor in the stability of marital relations among young couples. In the context of the socio-economic transformations of modern Ukrainian society,changes in marriage and family structures are described, which increase the relevance of the issue of relationship stability. A connection has been identified between the consistency of perceptions of family roles and the stability of marital relations in the early stages of joint life. An empirical study has been conducted, resulting in the development of methodological recommendations to enhance the congruence of perceptions that can contribute to marital stability. The importance of congruence in forming harmonious family relationships is demonstrated, which holds practical significance for psychologists and family counselors.
