Кваліфікаційна робота на тему « Фактор сили в міжнародних Відносинах » Присвячена дослідженню теоретико-правових основ, змісту, форм прояву та впливу фактора сили у системі сучасних міжнародних відносин. У першому розділі дослідження висвітлюються теоретико-правові засади поняття «сила» у міжнародних відносинах. У підрозділі 1.1 розглядається сутність сили як категорії міжнародних відносин, аналізуються різні наукові підходи до її визначення, а також чинники, що впливають на змістовне наповнення цього поняття. Окрема увага приділяється еволюції сили у міжнародній політиці та її впливу на структуру міжнародної системи. У підрозділі 1.2 досліджується концепція «м’якої» сили, запропонована Дж. Наєм, а також процес її трансформації у концепцію «розумної сили», що поєднує елементи як жорсткого, так і м’якого впливу. Аналізуються приклади використання цих підходів у сучасній дипломатичній та міжнародній практиці. У висновках до першого розділу підсумовуються основні теоретико-правові аспекти сили у міжнародних відносинах, визначаються ключові тенденції її розвитку. Другий розділ присвячений аналізу воєнної сили як одного з основних інструментів зовнішньої політики держав. У підрозділі 2.1 розглядаються особливості використання воєнної сили в сучасній системі міжнародних відносин, її роль у забезпеченні національної безпеки та геополітичного домінування. Аналізуються новітні тенденції у сфері воєнного протистояння, включаючи гібридні війни, інформаційні операції та технологічні аспекти воєнної сили. У підрозділі 2.2 досліджується правова основа застосування воєнної сили у міжнародних відносинах, аналізуються міжнародно-правові акти, що регулюють питання ведення війни, використання сили та право на самооборону. Розглядаються механізми міжнародного контролю за застосуванням воєнної сили, включаючи діяльність ООН та регіональних безпекових організацій. The qualification paper titled “The Factor of Power in International Relations” is devoted to the study of the theoretical and legal foundations, content, forms of manifestation, and the influence of the power factor within the system of modern international relations. The first chapter of the study highlights the theoretical and legal principles of the concept of “power” in international relations. Subsection 1.1 examines the essence of power as a category of international relations, analyzes various scholarly approaches to its definition, and explores the factors influencing the substantive content of this concept. Special attention is paid to the evolution of power in international politics and its impact on the structure of the international system. Subsection 1.2 focuses on the concept of “soft power” proposed by Joseph Nye, as well as its transformation into the concept of “smart power,” which combines elements of both hard and soft influence. Examples of the use of these approaches in modern diplomatic and international practice are analyzed. The conclusions of the first chapter summarize the main theoretical and legal aspects of power in international relations and identify key trends in its development. The second chapter is devoted to the analysis of military power as one of the main tools of state foreign policy. Subsection 2.1 explores the features of the use of military force in the modern system of international relations, its role in ensuring national security, and geopolitical dominance. It analyzes current trends in military confrontation, including hybrid warfare, information operations, and technological aspects of military power. Subsection 2.2 examines the legal framework for the use of military force in international relations, analyzes international legal acts governing warfare, the use of force, and the right to self-defense. It also considers mechanisms of international control over the use of military force, including the activities of the UN and regional security organizations
