    Присвячена дослідженню конституційних прав, свобод та обов’язків людини і громадянина, практичному обмеженню прав та свобод під час військової агресії, а також заходам, щодо підвищення контролю за обмеженням прав та удосконалення законодавства у цій сфері. У роботі також охарактеризовано законодавство України та міжнародні акти, що регулюють обмеження прав і свобод людини і громадянина під час збройної агресії. Dedicated to the study of constitutional rights, freedoms and duties of a person and a citizen, the practical restriction of rights and freedoms during military aggression, as well as measures to increase control over the restriction of rights and improve legislation in this area. The work also describes the legislation of Ukraine and international acts regulating the restriction of the rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen during armed aggression.
