У статті розкрито сутність поняття дистанційного навчання в сучасному освітньому просторі. Здійснено аналіз основних платформ дистанційного навчання та поряд з цим зазначено їх позитивні та негативні аспекти. Звернено увагу на форми реалізації дистанційного викладання хімічних дисциплін в вищих закладах освіти України. The article reveals the essence of the concept of distance learning in the modern educational space. An analysis of main distance learning platforms was carried out, and along with this, their positive and negative aspects were noted. Attention is paid to the forms of implementation of distance teaching of chemical disciplines in higher educational institutions of Ukraine.
РОЗРОБЛЕННЯ МЕТОДИЧНОГО ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ДЛЯ ДИСТАНЦІЙНОГО НАВЧАННЯ З ФАРМАЦЕВТИЧНОЇ ХІМІЇ ЗА ТЕМОЮ «ЛІКАРСЬКІ РЕЧОВИНИ – ПОХІДНІ ПІРИДИНУ ТА ПІРИМІДИНУ»

Метою цієї роботи є розширення можливостей для самостійної роботи студентів хімічних та армацевтичних спеціальностей шляхом розробки навчально-методичного забезпечення для дистанційного курсу з дисципліни «Фармацевтична хімія». У першому розділі розкривається сутність поняття дистанційного навчання в системі інноваційних технологій та переваги та недоліки дистанційного навчання. У другому розділі здійснюється огляд специфіки використання дистанційної форми навчання при вивченні хімічних дисциплін; основних платформ для дистанційних курсів з хімічних дисциплін у закладах вищої освіти: Moodle and Google Classroom; проводиться порівняльна характеристика різних форм традиційного та дистанційного навчання. У третьому розділі наводиться огляд структури та окремих елементів дистанційного курсу з фармацевтичної хімії; відбір змісту та розробка навчально-методичного комплексу за темою «Лікарські речовини – похідні піридину та піримідину», а також здійснюється організація та наводяться результати педагогічного експерименту Також робота містить додатки у вигляді теоретичного лекційного матеріалу за темою: «Лікарські речовини – похідні піридину та піримідину», тестові завдання для самостійної роботи студентів, анкету опитування для студентів хімічних та фармацевтичних пеціальностей. The purpose of this work is to expand opportunities for independent work of students of chemical and harmaceutical specialties by developing educational and methodological support for a distance course in the discipline "Pharmaceutical Chemistry".The first chapter reveals the essence of the concept of distance learning in the system of innovative technologies and the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning. In the second section, a review of the specifics of the use of distance education in the study of chemical disciplines is carried out; main platforms for distance courses in chemical disciplines in institutions of higher education: Moodle and Google Classroom; a comparative description of various forms of traditional and distance learning is carried out.The third section provides an overview of the structure and individual elements of the distance course in pharmaceutical chemistry; selection of content and development of educational and methodological complex on the topic "Medicinal substances - derivatives of pyridine and pyrimidine", as well as the organization and results of the pedagogical experiment are carried out The work also contains appendices in the form of theoretical lecture material on the topic: "Medicinal substances - derivatives of pyridine and pyrimidine", test tasks for independent work of students, survey questionnaire for students of chemical and pharmaceutical specialties.
ТРИАР-МАСАЖ В КОМПЛЕКСНІЙ РЕАБІЛІТАЦІЇ ПАЦІЄНТІВ З ІШЕМІЧНИМ ІНСУЛЬТОМ

Визначено, що на зменшення набряку головного мозку повинна бути спрямована фізична реабілітація і відновлення функціонування пошкодженої ділянки у гострому періоді порушення мозкового кровообігу. Встановлено, що використання ТРИАР-масажу покращує функціональні можливості серцево-судинної системи і організму в цілому в комплексній фізичній реабілітації пацієнтів після перенесеного ішемічного інсульту. It is determined that physical rehabilitation and restoration of the functioning of the damaged area in the acute period of cerebral circulatory disorders should be aimed at reducing cerebral edema. It is established that the use of TRIAR-massage improves the functionality of the cardiovascular system and the body as a whole in the comprehensive physical rehabilitation of patients after ischemic stroke.
