    СТРЕСОРЕАКТИВНІСТЬ ТА СТРЕСОСТІЙКІСТЬ ПІДЛІТКІВ В УМОВАХ ВОЄННОГО СТАНУ

    Дане дослідження присвячене актуальній тематиці вивчення стресових станів та стресостійкості у підлітків. За допомогою психофізіологічних та фізіологічних методів діагностовано актуальний стан нервово-психічного напруження у досліджуваних осіб. З’ясовано, що у більшості досліджуваних спостерігається стан нервово-психічного напруження та зниження адаптаційних резервів організму. This study is devoted to the current topic of studying stressful conditions and stress resistance in teenagers. With the help of psychophysiological and physiological methods, the actual state of neuropsychological stress in the studied persons was diagnosed. It was found that the majority of the subjects were in a state of neuropsychological tension and a decrease in the adaptive reserves of the body.

    Наукове дослідження присвячене вивченню важливого аспекту стресових станів та стресостійкості серед підлітків. Фізіологічні кореляти стресу, викликаного війною та супутніми з цим проблемами і ризиками. Адже, саме підлітки в силу особливостей свого вікового періоду, надзвичайно чутливі до впливів, які спричиняють розлади адаптації. Використовуючи психофізіологічні та фізіологічні методи, було проведено діагностику поточного стану нервово-психічного напруження у об'єктів дослідження. Поглиблено відомості про стан вегетативної нервової системи та переважання її симпатичної або парасимпатичної ланки у підлітків. Виявлено, що більшість учасників дослідження відзначається наявністю нервово-психічного напруження та зниження адаптаційних резервів організму. The research is devoted to the study of an important aspect of stress and stress resistance among adolescents. Physiological correlates of stress caused by war and related problems and risks. Adolescents, due to the peculiarities of their age period, are extremely sensitive to the influences that cause adaptation disorders. Using psychophysiological and physiological methods, the current state of neuropsychological stress in the study subjects was diagnosed. The information on the state of the autonomic nervous system and the predominance of its sympathetic or parasympathetic link in adolescents was deepened. It was found that the majority of the study participants are characterized by the presence of neuropsychological stress and a decrease in the body's adaptive reserves.
