ВІРТУАЛЬНІ ОСВІТНІ СЕРЕДОВИЩА: ДОПОМОГА АБІТУРІЄНТОВІ В КРИЗОВИХ УМОВАХ

Мета статті – аналіз якості платформи KSU24 як ефективного інструмента, що позитивно впливає на організацію вступної кампанії. Методи. Для теоретичного обґрунтування актуальності визначеної проблематики застосовано мето- ди аналізу літературних джерел, що висвітлюють роль цифрових технологій. У статті використано методи опитування серед абітурієнтів університету з метою вивчення ефективності використання вір- туального освітнього середовища (далі – ВОС) KSU24. Результати. Останніми роками Україна робить значні кроки в напрямі цифровізації. Заклади вищої освіти, кожний у своєму темпі, просуваються у вирішенні проблем запровадження інноваційних освіт ніх технологій, формування в здобувачів цифрової грамотності. У статті подано оцінку якості викори стання ВОС KSU24 як авторської розробки науковими працівниками Херсонського державного універ ситету. Обґрунтовується факт, що ВОС дає можливість оптимізувати комунікацію між абітурієнтами приймальною комісією університету, сприяє значному підвищенню доступності, гнучкості й ефектив ності процесу вступу, зокрема, у кризових умовах. Автори розкривають функціональні можливості ВОС KSU24, доступні для всіх суб’єктів освітнього процесу. Увага приділяється етапності процесу взаємодії здобувачів із ВОС, зокрема розкрито особливості першого, коли користувачі виступають як абітурієнти. У статті проаналізовано результати опитування вступників до університету, де позитивно оцінено доступність, якість у використанні запропонованої платформи. Більшість респондентів вияви ли бажання працювати на KSU24 й у процесі навчання за обраною спеціальністю. Висновки. Цифровізація освіти, зокрема впровадження ВОС на кшталт KSU24, є стратегічно важливим елементом для забезпечення якісного освітнього процесу й системою керування в закла ді освіти. У статті доведено важливість функцій платформи для значної допомоги вступникам як в оформленні документів, так і в необхідних консультаціях із проблем, що виникають у ході вступної кампанії. Результати дослідження підтверджують необхідність подальшого розвитку й удосконален ня цифрової платформи ВОС KSU24 для забезпечення доступності, прозорості й високої якості осві ти в майбутньому. The purpose of the article is to analyze the quality of the KSU24 platform as an effective tool that has a positive impact on the organization of the admission campaign. Methods. To theoretically substantiate the relevance of the identified issues, methods of analyzing literary sources highlighting the role of digital technologies were used. The article used survey methods among university applicants to study the effectiveness of using the virtual educational environment (hereinafter referred to as the KSU24 VEE). Results. In recent years, Ukraine has been making significant steps towards digitalization. Higher education institutions, each at its own pace, are moving forward in solving the problems of introducing innovative educational technologies and forming digital literacy among applicants. The article provides an assessment of the quality of using the KSU24 VEE as an author’s development by researchers at Kherson State University. The fact that the VEE provides an opportunity to optimize communication between applicants and the university’s admissions committee, contributes to a significant increase in the accessibility, flexibility and efficiency of the admission process, in particular in crisis conditions, is substantiated. The authors reveal the functional capabilities of the KSU24 BOS, available to all subjects of the educational process. Attention is paid to the stages of the process of interaction between applicants and BOS, in particular, the features of the first one are revealed, when users act as applicants. The article analyzes the results of a survey of university applicants, where the accessibility and quality of using the proposed platform were positively assessed. Most respondents expressed a desire to work on KSU24 and in the process of studying in their chosen specialty. Conclusions. The digitalization of education, in particular the implementation of a BOS such as KSU24, is a strategically important element for ensuring a high-quality educational process and management system in an educational institution. The article proves the importance of the platform’s functions for significant assistance to applicants both in completing documents and in providing necessary consultations on problems that arise during the admission campaign. The results of the study confirm the need for further development and improvement of the KSU24 digital BOS platform to ensure accessibility, transparency and high quality of education in the future.

Всесторонній розвиток інформаційних технологій та їх поширення у всіх сферах життя суттєво спрощують не тільки поширення інформації від джерел до кінцевих користувачів, а й роблять ефективнішими всі етапи її створення, збереження, передачі та обробки. Організації у своїй роботі можуть використовувати ІТ у двох напрямках – по перше, для забезпечення внутрішніх організаційних потреб, по друге надання тієї чи іншої інформації зовнішнім користувачам. Закладам освіти потрібно вирішувати обидві наведені задачі – як підтримувати всіх учасників освітнього процесу, так і публікувати інформацію про свою діяльність. Якість підготовки спеціалістів у закладах освіти і особливо ефективність використання науково-педагогічного потенціалу залежать певною мірою від рівня організації навчального процесу. Розроблювана система націлена на поступове розв`язання технічних задач з забезпечення функціонування інформаційного серидовища ХДУ. Comprehensive development of information technologies and their dissemination in all spheres of life significantly simplify not only the dissemination of information from sources to end users, but also make more effective all stages of its creation, storage, transmission and processing. Organizations in their work can use IT in two ways - first, to meet internal organizational needs, and secondly to provide certain information to external users. Educational institutions need to solve both of these tasks - to support all participants in the educational process, and to publish information about their activities. The quality of training of specialists in educational institutions and especially the effectiveness of the use of scientific and pedagogical potential depend to some extent on the level of organization of the educational process. The developed system is aimed at the gradual solution of technical problems to ensure the functioning of the information environment of KSU.
