    МІЖНАРОДНІ ПАРТНЕРСЬКІ ВІДНОСИНИ УКРАЇНИ В УМОВАХ ВОЄННОГО ЧАСУ

    В умовах війни Україна стикається з величезними проблемами у підтримці та зміцненні свого міжнародного партнерства. Відбувається порушення дипломатичних каналів, економічних зв’язків та логістичних мереж, тож існує потреба всебічного розуміння того, як подолати ці перешкоди. Аналіз динаміки розвитку міждержавного співробітництва в умовах конфлікту може надати розуміння здатності України мобілізувати глобальну підтримку, забезпечити життєво важливу допомогу та ресурси та зберегти свою територіальну цілісність і суверенітет. Крім того завершення війни поставить Україну на критичний етап, що вимагатиме від країни відновлення своїх інституцій, інфраструктури та економічної основи. Ефективне міждержавне партнерство матиме вирішальне значення в цьому. Вивчення динаміки післявоєнного партнерства може допомогти Україні визначити потенційних союзників, залучити міжнародні ресурси та розробити стійкі моделі співпраці, які сприятимуть довгостроковому відновленню та розвитку. In a time of war, Ukraine faces enormous challenges in maintaining and strengthening its international partnership. Diplomatic channels, economic ties and logistics networks have been disrupted, and there is a need for a comprehensive understanding of how to overcome these obstacles. An analysis of the dynamics of interstate cooperation in the context of the conflict can provide insight into Ukraine's ability to mobilise global support, secure vital aid and resources, and preserve its territorial integrity and sovereignty. In addition, the end of the war will put Ukraine at a critical juncture, requiring the country to rebuild its institutions, infrastructure and economic foundation. Effective interstate partnerships will be crucial in this regard. Studying the dynamics of post-war partnerships can help Ukraine identify potential allies, attract international resources, and develop sustainable models of cooperation that will contribute to long-term recovery and development.
