    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню структури та діяльності Антимонопольного комітету України на сучасному етапі економічного розвитку країни. Проаналізовано міжнародний досвід антимонопольного регулювання. У першому розділі представлена загальна характеристика теоретико-правових основ діяльності Антимонопольного комітету України. У другому розділі – надано загальну характеристику антимонопольних правоохоронних засобів, що застосовуються до суб’єктів господарювання. За результатами роботи зроблено висновки щодо діяльності Антимонопольного комітету України та проаналізовано рекомендації щодо оптимізації діяльності Антимонопольного комітету України, надані міжнародними комісіями./Qualification work is devoted study of the structure and activities of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine at the present stage of economic development of the country. The international experience of antitrust regulation is analyzed. The first section presents a general description of the theoretical and legal basis of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. The second section provides a general description of antitrust law enforcement applied to businesses. Based on the results of the work, conclusions were made on the activities of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and the recommendations on optimizing the activities of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine provided by international commissions were analyzed.
