    Робота присвячена визначенню ключових особливостей синдрому емоційного вигорання серед здобувачів соціономічного профілю. Зазначено основні концепції щодо розуміння поняття синдрому емоційного вигорання у науково-психологічних джерелах. Виокремлено чинники, що визначають утворення синдрому емоційного вигорання і його подальший розвиток. За допомогою низки психологічних методик нами визначено психологічні особливості переживання синдрому емоційного вигорання серед опитуваних студентів. На основі отриманих результатів розроблені практичні рекомендації щодо профілактики і корекції емоційного вигорання особистості. The work is devoted to the definition of the key features of the emotional burnout syndrome among applicants of the socionomic profile. The main concepts regarding the understanding of the concept of emotional burnout syndrome in scientific and psychological sources are indicated. The factors that determine the formation of emotional burnout syndrome and its further development are singled out. With the help of a number of psychological methods, we determined the psychological features of experiencing the emotional burnout syndrome among the surveyed students. On the basis of the obtained results, practical recommendations for the prevention and correction of emotional burnout of the personality have been developed.
