The influence of current conditions on the change of important values was analyzed. Comparative analysis of personal values of individuals was conducted.

    ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ЦІННІСНИХ ОРІЄНТАЦІЙ ОСОБИСТОСТІ В ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЙНИХ УМОВАХ СОЦІУМУ

    Робота присвячена дослідженню формуванню цінностей особистості. Визначено структуру, зміст та функції ціннісних орієнтацій. Описано основні джерела, що впливають на формування цінностей. Проаналізовано зв'язок ціннісних орієнтацій з соціальними нормами особистості в трансформаційних умовах соціуму. Виявлено, що розвиток цінностей сильно залежить від того, як людина сприймає себе та світ навколо, що впливає на її самооцінку. Мотивація та цілі грають важливу роль у формуванні та розвитку вищих елементів, таких як ціннісні орієнтації особистості. Для формування ієрархії цінностей проведено емпіричне дослідження. З урахуванням отриманих результатів було розроблено тренінгову програму, яка спрямована на формування ціннісних орієнтацій особистості. The work is dedicated to research of formation of personal values of individuals. The structure, content, and functions of value orientations are established. Basic sources of formation that influence values formation are described. The analysis of connection between valued orientation with social norms of individuals in transformative conditions of society. It has been established that the development of values highly dependent on the way a person perceives self in the world around and it also influences the shaping of self esteem. Motivation and values play important role, information and development of higher elements, such as value orientations of individual. To establish the hierarchy of values, empirical research was conducted. A training program that directed on formation of value orientations was developed considering received results.
