    ВПЛИВ КОРПОРАТИВНОЇ КУЛЬТУРИ НА СТИЛЬ ЛІДЕРСТВА ТА ЕФЕКТИВНІСТЬ УПРАВЛІННЯ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЄЮ

    Кваліфікаційна робота досліджує взаємозв’язок корпоративної культури, стилю лідерства та ефективності управління організацією. Розкрито зміст і структуру корпоративної культури, визначено основні стилі лідерства та обґрунтовано механізми їхнього впливу на результативність менеджменту. Проаналізовано корпоративну культуру та лідерські підходи у ТОВ «Будінвест», включаючи організаційно-економічну характеристику підприємства, дослідження сформованих цінностей і норм, а також оцінку відповідності стилю керівництва існуючій культурі. Запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення корпоративної культури та рекомендації щодо оптимізації стилю лідерства для підвищення ефективності управління. Обґрунтовано економічний і соціальний ефект від впровадження запропонованих заходів, що підтверджує їх практичну значущість для організації. The qualification work explores the relationship between corporate culture, leadership style and organizational management effectiveness. The content and structure of corporate culture are revealed, the main leadership styles are identified and the mechanisms of their influence on management effectiveness are substantiated. The corporate culture and leadership approaches at Budinvest LLC are analyzed, including the organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise, the study of established values and norms, as well as an assessment of the compliance of the management style with the existing culture. Ways of improving corporate culture and recommendations for optimizing leadership style to increase management effectiveness are proposed. The economic and social effect of implementing the proposed measures is substantiated, which confirms their practical significance for the organization.
