    ВПЛИВ СТАТЕВОРОЛЬОВИХ ВІДМІННОСТЕЙ НА ПРОЦЕС ПРОФЕСІЙНОГО САМОВИЗНАЧЕННЯ

    Готовність до професійного самовизначення – одне з найважливіших новоутворень юнацького віку. Його основою є особистісне самовизначення, яке виступає як системо утворюючий центр всієї системи можливих «самовизначень». В ході роботи виявлено, що юнацький вік, як для дівчат, так і для хлопців, це час набуття психосексуальної ідентичності та професійного самовизначення. Однак їх статеворольові відмінності визначають певні відмінності у мотиваційно-потребовій сфері. Визначення статево рольових відмінностей Я-образів, свідчить, що дівчата в більшій мірі, ніж хлопці, ототожнюють особистісне самовизначення з професійним. У майбутньому дівчата бачать себе «діловими жінками», а хлопці – «мужніми чоловіками». Отже, у професійному самовизначенні хлопці орієнтуються на зовнішні орієнтири, а дівчата керуються активною природою «внутрішніх потреб». Readiness for professional self-determination is one of the most important neoplasms of adolescence. It is based on personal self-determination, which acts as a system forming the center of the whole system of possible «self-determination». In the course of work it is revealed, it was found that adolescence, for both girls and boys, is a time of acquiring a psychosexual identity and professional self-determination. However, their gender differences determine certain differences in the motivational-needs sphere. Determining the gender-role differences of self-images shows that girls, to a greater extent than boys, identify personal self-determination with professional. In the future, girls see themselves as «business women» and boys as «courageous men». Thus, in professional self-determination, boys focus on external guidelines, and girls are guided by the active nature of «internal needs».
