    РОЛЬ ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОГО ПРАВА ГРОМАДЯН В ЗАКОНОДАВСТВІ УКРАЇНИ

    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню присвячена дослідженню ролі Європейського права громадян в законодавстві України. В роботі проаналізовано європейсько-правові стандарти в галузі прав людини та українське національне законодавство; розкрито принцип універсальності прав людини та їх захисту; досліджено механізм імплементації норм міжнародних договорів про права людини до законодавства України; охарактеризовано співвідношення законодавства ЄС із українською правовою системою в сфері права громадян; розкрито вплив Конвенції про захист прав людини та основних свобод 1950 р. на українське законодавство; визначено роль рішень Європейського Суду з прав людини в практиці судів загальної юрисдикції України. Qualification work is devoted to the study of the role of European citizenship law in the legislation of Ukraine. The paper analyzes European legal standards in the field of human rights and Ukrainian national legislation; the principle of universality of human rights and their protection is revealed; the mechanism of implementation of norms of international agreements on human rights to the legislation of Ukraine is investigated; the correlation of the EU legislation with the Ukrainian legal system in the field of citizens' rights is characterized; the influence of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms of 1950 on Ukrainian legislation is revealed; the role of decisions of the European Court of Human Rights in the practice of courts of general jurisdiction of Ukraine is determined.
