    ПСИХОЛОГІЧНІ АСПЕКТИ ТА МОТИВАЦІЯ ДО ЗАНЯТЬ ФУТБОЛОМ ДІТЕЙ УЧАСНИКІВ І ВЕТЕРАНІВ БОЙОВИХ ДІЙ.

    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена проблемі вивчення психологічних аспектів та мотивації до занять футболом дітей учасників і ветеранів бойових дій. Визначена структура і сутність готовності дитячого тренера до формування мотивації молодших школярів, дітей учасників бойових дій, до занять футболом. У структурі загальної підготовленості дитячих тренерів виокремлено мотиваційний, емоційно-вольовий, комунікативно-організаційний, когнітивний та контрольно-оцінний компоненти. Ці складові готовності є взаємопов’язаними і взаємообумовленими. Визначено психолого-педагогічні умови ефективної підготовки тренера до формування мотивації школярів, батьки яких є учасники бойових дій, до занять футболом. Реалізації цього процесу є можливою завдяки впровадженню відповідних психолого-педагогічних умов, що дозволяють розвинути готовність дитячих тренерів до формування належної мотивації молодших школярів, дітей учасників бойових дій, до занять футболом. The qualification work is devoted to the problem of studying the psychological aspects and motivation for football lessons of children of participants and veterans of hostilities. The structure and essence of the readiness of a children's coach to form the motivation of younger schoolchildren, children of participants in hostilities, to play football is determined. In the structure of the general readiness of children's coaches, motivational, emotional-volitional, communicative-organizational, cognitive and control-evaluation components are distinguished. These components of readiness are interconnected and mutually conditioned. The psychological and pedagogical conditions for effective training of a coach to form the motivation of schoolchildren whose parents are participants in hostilities to play football are determined. The implementation of this process is possible due to the introduction of appropriate psychological and pedagogical conditions that allow developing the readiness of children's coaches to form the proper motivation of younger schoolchildren, children of participants in hostilities, to play football.
