Прийти до розуміння та адаптації правових механізмів до сучасних тенденцій у кіберпросторі на міжнародному рівні. Відкрити можливості для розробки ефективних стратегій боротьби з кіберзлочинністю та покращення міжнародного співробітництва для забезпечення цифрової безпеки. Проаналізувати історію розвитку міжнародно-правового регулювання боротьби з кіберзлочинністю,визначити особливості міжнародного співробітництва щодо запобігання і протидії кіберзлочинності та кібертероризму.Та також проаналізувати Європейський досвід подолання кіберзлочинності в Україні в умовах сьогодення. Dedicated to the comprehensive study of cybercrime problems, the constant growth of new technological challenges that complicate the definition and classification of cybercrime. To come to an understanding and adaptation of legal mechanisms to modern trends in cyberspace at the international level. Open opportunities to develop effective strategies to combat cybercrime and improve international cooperation to ensure digital security. To analyze the history of the development of international legal regulation of the fight against cybercrime, to determine the features of international cooperation in the prevention and counteraction of cybercrime and cyberterrorism. And also to analyze the European experience of overcoming cybercrime in Ukraine in today's conditions.
