    ВПЛИВ ПРАКТИЧНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ МЕНЕДЖЕРА НА ЕФЕКТИВНІСТЬ УПРАВЛІННЯ ПЕРСОНАЛОМ У СФЕРІ РОЗДРІБНОЇ ТОРГІВЛІ

    У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено практичну компетентність менеджера як чинник ефективного управління персоналом у сфері роздрібної торгівлі. Розглянуто теоретичні засади управлінської компетентності, особливості управління лінійним персоналом, а також роль стандартів обслуговування та скриптів продажу у забезпеченні ефективності бізнес процесів. На прикладі ТОВ «СКАЙФОЛ» (магазин «Кібернетики») проаналізовано систему управління персоналом та відповідність регламентів реальним умовам праці. Запропоновано напрями вдосконалення впровадження стандартів обслуговування та розвитку практичної компетентності менеджерів з метою підвищення ефективності роботи персоналу та якості обслуговування клієнтів. The study explores the practical competence of a manager as a factor of effective personnel management in the field of retail trade. The theoretical foundations of managerial competence, the specifics of managing frontline personnel, and the role of service standards and sales scripts in ensuring effective business processes are examined. Based on the case of LLC «SKYFOL» («Kibernetyky» store), the personnel management system and the compliance of operational regulations with real working conditions are analyzed. Directions for improving the implementation of service standards and developing managers’ practical competence are proposed in order to increase personnel efficiency and improve customer service quality.
