    Сучасна освіта характеризується становленням нової парадигми. Визнання авторитету гуманістичних цінностей і прав людини як основних принципів сучасного розвитку суспільства дозволяє стверджувати, що провідною ідеєю особистісно орієнтованого навчання є взаємодія вчителя і учня. Зміна педагогічної парадигми створює умови для переорієнтації професійної свідомості учителя на визнання пріоритетною основою діяльності здатності поважати особистість учня, приймати його право на ціннісне самовизначення. Одним із напрямів професійного зростання педагога є фасилітація. Суспільству, яке швидко змінюється, потрібний новий педагог, здатний оперативно реагувати на суспільні зміни, що відбуваються, модифікувати власну професійну діяльність. Modern education is characterized by the emergence of a new paradigm. Recognition of the authority of humanistic values and human rights as the main principles of modern development of society allows us to assert that the leading idea of personally oriented education is the interaction between the teacher and the student. The change in the pedagogical paradigm creates conditions for the reorientation of the teacher's professional consciousness to recognize the ability to respect the student's personality and accept his right to value self-determination as a priority basis of activity. Facilitation is one of the areas of professional growth of a teacher. Society, which is changing rapidly, needs a new teacher who is able to quickly respond to the social changes taking place, to modify his own professional activity.
