    Досвід Республіки Польща у реформуванні системи публічного управління України

    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена висвітленню теоретичних основ та практичних рекомендацій в галузі реформування системи публічного управління в Україні. Досліджено концептуальну сутність категорії «публічне управління» та визначено складові цієї системи; ознайомлено з методичними підходами до аналізу публічного управління; досліджено практику реформування системи публічного управління у Республіці Польща; проаналізовано якість публічного управління у Республіці Польща; здійснено порівняльний аналіз ефективності публічного управління в Україні та Республіці Польща; визначено пріоритети реформування національної системи публічного управління; надано рекомендації щодо удосконалення системи публічного управління в Україні з урахуванням польського досвіду. Qualification work is devoted to to the coverage the theoretical foundations and practical recommendations in the field of public administration reform in Ukraine. The conceptual essence of the category "public administration" was investigated and the components of this system are determined; acquainted with methodological approaches to the analysis of public administration; the practice of reforming the public administration system in the Republic of Poland was studied; the quality of public administration in the Republic of Poland was analyzed; a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of public administration in Ukraine and the Republic of Poland is given; identified priorities for reforming the national system of public administration; recommendations for improving the system of public administration in Ukraine taking into account the Polish experience are given.
