    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена теоретичному обґрунтуванню міжнародно-правового регулювання та механізму захисту авторських прав, а також виявленню конкретних проблем даної сфери правових відносин з наданням відповідних пропозицій, які спрямовані на удосконалення захисту авторських прав. В ході роботи було визначено теоретико-правові аспекти міжнародного захисту авторських прав, виявлено проблеми захисту окремих об’єктів авторських прав за міжнародним та українським законодавством, а також розглянуто перспективи удосконалення в зазначеному питанні. The qualifying work is devoted theoretical substantiation of international legal regulation and the mechanism of copyright protection, as well as the identification of specific problems in this area of legal relations with the provision of appropriate proposals aimed at improving copyright protection. In the course of work was defined theoretical and legal aspects of international copyright protection, detected problems of protection of separate objects of copyright under the international and Ukrainian legislation, and also prospects of improvement in the specified question are considered.
