    Присвячена системному аналізі юридичного змісту міжнародного співробітництва в сфері охорони державного кордону. В роботі розкрито суть поняття принципу територіальної цілісності та непорушності державного кордону; з’ясовано специфіку нормативного змісту принципу територіальної цілісності та непорушності державного кордону; досліджено рівень дотримання принципу непорушності кордонів в контексті заборони застосування сили або погрози; виокремлено основи імплементація міжнародного механізму співробітництва в сфері охорони державного кордону у національне законодавство України. Dedicated to a systematic analysis of the legal content of international cooperation in the field of state border protection. The essence of the concept of the principle of territorial integrity and inviolability of the state border is revealed in the work; the specifics of the normative content of the principle of territorial integrity and inviolability of the state border are clarified; the level of observance of the principle of inviolability of borders in the context of prohibition of use of force or threat is investigated; The basics of implementation of the international mechanism of cooperation in the field of state border protection into the national legislation of Ukraine are highlighted.
