    Управління якістю СПА-послуг готельного господарства

    У кваліфікаційній роботі на здобуття ступеня магістра висвітлюється актуальна тема управління якістю послуг. Наведено приклади методів підняття та контролю якості на підприємстві. Проаналізовано тенденцію розвитку СПА-послуг у світі та Україні. Виявивши попит на дані послуги, запропоновано відкриття СПА-центру на території готелю «Autobiography» задля підвищення конкурентоспроможності та прибутку закладу розміщення. Розроблено концепцію СПА-центру з розрахунком його економічної ефективності. Також, було запропоновано систему контролю та підвищення рівня якості послуг. The qualifying work for the master's degree covers the topical issue of service quality management. Examples of methods of raising and quality control at the enterprise are given. The tendency of development of SPA-services in the world and Ukraine is analyzed. Having identified the demand for these services, it is proposed to open a spa on the territory of the hotel "Autobiography" in order to increase the competitiveness and profits of the accommodation. The concept of the SPA-center with calculation of its economic efficiency is developed. Also, a system of control and improving the quality of services was proposed.
