    В роботі досліджено поняття злочинів пов’язаних з комп’ютерною технікою та інформаційними системами, їх характерні ознаки; обґрунтовано способи вчинення злочинів пов’язаних з комп’ютерною технікою та інформаційними системами; розкрила генезис в формуванні основних методів розслідування; проведено дослідження злочинів пов’язаних з комп’ютерною технікою та інформаційними системами; розглянуто шляхи підвищення ефективності розслідування злочинів пов’язаних з комп’ютерною технікою та інформаційними системами. It is devoted to the study of the essence of the general theoretical characteristics of crimes related to computer technology and information systems, the study of crimes related to computer technology and information systems and ways to increase the effectiveness of their investigation. The concept of crimes related to computer equipment and information systems, their characteristic features are studied in the work; the ways of committing crimes related to computer equipment and information systems are substantiated; revealed the genesis in the formation of basic methods of investigation; a study of crimes related to computer technology and information systems; ways to increase the efficiency of the investigation of crimes related to computer equipment and information systems are considered.
