Туристичні фірми та готельні підприємства все частіше починають працювати з програмно-технічними спеціалізованими системами та розглядають їх, насамперед, як засіб підвищення ефективності роботи. Hotels and other means of accommodation are the main component of the tourist infrastructure. They use various technologies and schemes of activity organization in their work. The use of modern information technologies has become one of the most important components of success today. Travel firms and hotel enterprises are increasingly starting to work with software and technical specialized systems and consider them, first of all, as a means of increasing work efficiency.
