    Досліджено сутність і особливості управління персоналом на підприємстві. Проаналізовано сучасні методи оцінки кваліфікаційного рівня працівників підприємства. Досліджено сучасні методи управління розвитком персоналу підприємства. Досліджено особливості господарської діяльності ПрАТ «Дім марочних коньяків «Таврiя». Проаналізовано продуктивність та фонд оплати праці персоналу на підприємстві. Визначено основні напрями підвищення ефективності управління персоналом. Обґрунтовано доцільність упровадження сучасних методів оцінювання як основи управління розвитком людських ресурсів. The essence and features of personnel management at the enterprise are investigated. Modern methods of assessing the qualification level of employees of the enterprise are analyzed. Modern methods of enterprise personnel development management are studied. Peculiarities of economic activity of PJSC "House of vintage cognacs" Tavria "are investigated. The productivity and salary fund of the personnel at the enterprise are analyzed. The main directions of improving the efficiency of personnel management are identified. The expediency of introduction of modern methods of estimation as a basis of management of development of human resources is substantiated.
