В роботі досліджуються дослідити історичні передумови витоків проблеми національної економічної безпеки; дослідити сутність фінансово-економічної безпеки; дослідити систему загроз фінансово-економічній безпеці держави; дослідити питання взаємодії підрозділів із розвідки та підрозділів, які займаються оперативно-розшуковою діяльністю; дослідити перспективи розвитку аналітично-моніторингової розвідки правоохоронних органів як засобу захисту фінансово-економічної безпеки. Dedicated to a comprehensive study of the current state and prospects for the development of the legal framework for law enforcement agencies that ensure the financial and economic security of Ukraine. The paper investigates the historical background of the origins of the problem of national economic security; to explore the essence of financial and economic security; to study the system of threats to the financial and economic security of the state; to investigate the issues of interaction between intelligence units and units engaged in operational and investigative activities; to explore the prospects for the development of analytical and monitoring intelligence of law enforcement agencies as a means of protecting financial and economic security.
