    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретико-методичних положень, розробці рекомендацій та пропозицій щодо механізму залучення персоналу на сучасному підприємстві. У роботі охарактеризовано залучення персоналу як головний напрям управління людськими ресурсами підприємства, досліджено зміст етапів залучення персоналу на підприємство, вивчено складові системи залучення персоналу вітчизняних підприємств, надано організаційно-економічну характеристику діяльності ТОВ “Лідер”, проаналізовано чисельність, структуру та показники залучення персоналу ТОВ “Лідер”; розроблено стратегію залучення персоналу ТОВ “Лідер”, запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення методів залучення персоналу ТОВ “Лідер”. Qualification work is assigned to the theoretical and methodical positions, recommendations and propositions to the mechanism of the staff attraction to the domestic enterprises. Personnаl attraction is characterized as the main direction of human resource management, the content of the stages of personnel attraction are researched, the components of personnel attraction system at domestic enterprises are studied, the socio and economic characteristic of the activity of LLC “Lider” is given, the quantity, structure and staff indicators of LLC “Lider” are analyzed, the strategy for the personnel attraction at LLC “Lider” was learned, the methods for improving the personnel attraction at LLC “Leader” were investigated.
