    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню розкриття історичних засад формування дипломатичної служби в Україні. Визначені поняття, ознаки та система дипломатичної служби України. Охарактеризовані принципи та функції дипломатичної служби в Україні. Було з’ясовано порядок набуття правового статусу дипломатичного представника,а також визначені права, обов’язки та юридична відповідальність дипломатичного представника. З’ясовано державні гарантії реалізації правового статусу дипломатичних представників. The qualification work is sanctified to research of opening of historical principles of forming of diplomatic service in Ukraine. Defined notions, signs and system of diplomatic service of Ukraine. The described principles and functions of diplomatic service are in Ukraine. The order of acquisition of legal status of diplomatic representative was found out, and also rights, duties and legal responsibility of diplomatic representative, are certain. The state guarantees of realization of legal status of diplomatic representatives are found out.
