    Присвячена комплексному дослідженню проблеми застосування оціночних понять у кримінальному праві України. В роботі розкрито загальнотеоретичні основи оціночних понять у кримінальному праві; визначено поняття та сутність оціночних понять, проаналізовано класифікацію оціночних понять у кримінальному праві, визначено особливості застосування оціночних понять у кримінальному праві, визначено особливості застосування оціночних кримінально-правових понять у судовій практиці. It is devoted to a comprehensive study of the problem of application of valuation concepts in the criminal law of Ukraine. The paper reveals the general theoretical foundations of valuation concepts in criminal law; the concept and essence of evaluative concepts are defined, the classification of evaluative concepts in criminal law is analyzed, the peculiarities of application of evaluative concepts in criminal law are determined, the peculiarities of application of evaluative criminal-legal concepts in judicial practice are determined.
