У статті розглянуто вплив штормів на морфодинамічні процеси в прибережних зонах. Проаналізовано основні чинники, що спричиняють ерозію та перенесення наносів. Зроблено висновки про вплив кліматичних змін на інтенсивність штормової активності. This article examines the impact of storms on morphodynamic processes in coastal areas. Key factors that cause erosion and sediment transport are analyzed. Conclusions are drawn regarding the impact of climate change on storm activity intensity.

Дослідження гідрометеорологічних явищ у Дніпровсько-Каркінітській береговій області Чорного моря є важливим для розуміння динаміки берегових процесів і впливу кліматичних змін на узбережжя. Береги цієї зони зазнають значних трансформацій під впливом вітрохвильового режиму, штормової активності, вздовжберегової міграції наносів та інших природних чинників. Саме тому вивчення цих процесів є актуальним у контексті збереження природних ресурсів, берегозахисту та адаптації до змін клімату / That is why the study of hydrometeorological phenomena in the Dnipro-Karkinit coastal region of the Black Sea is important for understanding the dynamics of coastal processes and the impact of climate change on the coast. The coasts of this zone undergo significant transformations under the influence of wind and wave regimes, storm activity, longshore sediment migration and other natural factors. The study of these processes is relevant in the context of natural resource conservation, coastal protection and adaptation to climate change.
ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ОСВІТНЬОЇ МІГРАЦІЇ НА ПРИКЛАДІ УКРАЇНИ І КРАЇН ЄС

Міграційні процеси є результатом глобалізаційних процесів і мають об'єктивний характер. Відкритість української економіки, наслідки економічної кризи та повномасштабне вторгнення «сусіда» проти Украйни значно посилили ці процеси. Перед системами освіти стоять два виклика : самовдосконалення та відкритість. Ці завдання взаємопов'язані, але методи і процедури їх реалізації різні. Перше під силу університету за підтримки держави, а друге - державі, але за підтримки університету .Від нинішньої ієрархічної моделі необхідно перейти до моделі "кластерного партнерства", де суперкластер (рівень міністерства) відповідає за державну політику та ідеологію розвитку освіти, а регіони та університети формують загальний організаційний та освітній процес, де конкуренція за імідж доповнюється конкуренцією за результатами.// Migration processes are the result of globalization processes and have an objective nature. The openness of the Ukrainian economy, the consequences of the economic crisis, and the full-scale invasion of a "neighbor" against Ukraine significantly intensified these processes. Education systems face two challenges: self-improvement and openness. These tasks are interrelated, but the methods and procedures for their implementation are different. The first is under the power of the university with the support of the state, and the second - the state, but with the support of the university.From the current hierarchical model, it is necessary to move to a "cluster partnership" model, where the supercluster (ministry level) is responsible for the state policy and ideology of education development, and regions and universities form a general organizational and educational process, where competition for image is complemented by competition for results
