    Нікотинова кислота входить до більшості вітамінних комплексів, які відпускаються без рецептів, тож необхідно вивчення ефектів її тривалої дії. Показано, що тривале введення нікотинової кислоти, впливаючи на тонус судин, збільшує кровонаповнення та вагу селезінок досліджуваних тварин. З’ясовано, що тривале введення нікотинової кислоти призводить до збільшення кровонаповнення селезінки з подальшою гіперплазією та збільшенням кількості клітин паренхіми. Nicotinic acid is included in most vitamin complexes, which are sold without prescription, so it is necessary to study the effects of its long-acting. It has been shown that prolonged administration of nicotinic acid, acting on the vascular tone, increases the blood filling and weight of the selezines of the animals being studied. It was found that prolonged administration of nicotinic acid leads to an increase in blood flow to the spleen with subsequent hyperplasia and an increase in the number of parenchyma cells.
