Актуальною стає проблема застосування системи управління персоналом у закладах фізичної культури і спорту. Тому питання, пов'язані з розробкою методологічного інструментарію організації ефективного управління персоналом, вимагають більш детального й глибокого дослідження. The development of our country's economy and its integration into the world economy require the introduction of personnel management systems by domestic enterprises. The problem of application of the personnel management system in institutions of physical culture and sports becomes actual. Therefore, issues related to the development of methodological tools for the organization of effective personnel management require more detailed and in-depth study.
